Jameson Wild Sloe Berry Bitters

Often referred to as the “salt and pepper” of the cocktail world, the first ever Jameson Bitters have been crafted in collaboration with local Irish foragers in the West of Ireland.

The Wild Sloe Berries are delicately handpicked and brought to the Midleton Distillery, where a little alchemy and experimentation takes place. The sloes are then blended with our very own Jameson Irish Whiskey to create a uniquely Irish Bitters.

Add a few drops of Jameson Wild Irish Sloe berry Bitters to a Whiskey Sour, Old Fashioned, or Craft Beer for a subtle fruity lift.
